HOW IT WORKS
Step by Step Guide

Choose a room design from our pre-designed kits. Contact one of our representatives who will guide you through the quick design presentation. Once you select the Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE), we will provide you with the 3D renders and bid within a few hours to 48 hours.

Approve the design proposal for the room kit. Our Virtual Hospitality representatives will share your options for payment and our specialty financing programs that are available. Once the deposit is made, we will provide you with shop drawings as fast as 24 hours. Please note any customchanged items will have longer lead times for drawings.

Our representatives will guide you through what will be required on-site regarding equipment for off-loading, storage, and labor. We will also provide you with all manufacturing lead times for imported items and domestic materials. During this process, you can discuss any additional areas that will need attention, such as public spaces, restaurants, or breakfast areas. Virtual Hospitality has partnered with Innov8 Hospitality Group to provide discounted design and fulfillment services for these areas while your guest rooms are being prepared for shipment.

During the product arrival and installation phase, our representatives will be with you every step of the way. We will help coordinate deliveries and work with your FFE installation team and contractor to answer any questions. We will make this transition from installation to handed over completed guest rooms as smooth as possible.
